Platform subprocessors
These process customer data as part of operating the VibeCFO platform.
Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Cloud infrastructure hosting the platform, customer databases, backups and ETL pipelines. The primary processor of customer financial data.
Location: Regional AWS infrastructure; see the Privacy Policy for data residency by data type.
Anthropic
Large language models powering EVA, accessed via enterprise APIs (primarily AWS Bedrock). Does not train on customer data.
Location: United States (model inference).
OpenAI
Large language models powering EVA, accessed via enterprise APIs. Does not train on customer data.
Location: United States (model inference).
Microsoft (Azure / Power BI Embedded)
Power BI Embedded and the workspaces holding customer .pbix files, for customers who enable the optional Power BI add-on only.
Location: Microsoft Azure; region aligned to the customer's Power BI configuration.
Website and marketing subprocessors
These process visitor and contact data for vibecfo.ai - not platform customer data.
Zoom
Webinar hosting and registration - names and email addresses of webinar registrants.
Location: United States.
Vercel
Hosting for the marketing website (vibecfo.ai) and its cookieless analytics. No platform customer data.
Location: Global edge network.
Brevo
Email marketing lists and form submissions from the website - names and email addresses of subscribers and enquirers.
Location: European Union.
Resend
Transactional email delivery of website contact-form enquiries to the VibeCFO team.
Location: United States.
Calendly
Meeting scheduling - names, email addresses and booking details of people who book a call.
Location: United States.
