CONNECTIONS / INTEGRATION

Vinsight.

Cost per litre from vintage through to bottle, and which channel really pays: cellar door, distributor or export.

It used to be a monthly project. Now the whole firm's reporting runs off Practice Manager and consolidates across every Xero file we touch. It is just there on the Monday.

WHAT IT BRINGS

What lands from Vinsight.

Wine industry data protection
HOW EVERY INTEGRATION WORKS

The same guarantees, whichever system it is.

It only ever reads

Nothing is written back to your system. Changing something elsewhere is what Action MCPs do, and they are a separate, deliberate choice.

It refreshes twice daily

Plus an on-demand refresh whenever you want one, from the connections screen.

It lands rows, not summaries

The underlying records, which is what makes a figure joinable to a different system later.

It is maintained

Written against a specific API that will change without warning. When a vendor ships a breaking change, that is our problem.

IT IS BETTER WITH COMPANY

One system answers questions about itself.

Xero is the floor this is built on. It holds the fruit purchases, the contract processing, the wages, the excise and the cash. Vinsight holds the vintage, the bulk and bottled stock, the blends and the cellar door. Read together they answer what a litre costs by the time it is in a bottle, and which channel is really paying for the winery once freight and discounts come off. Neither one answers that on its own.

OFTEN CONNECTED ALONGSIDE

Vinsight + Xero in one database, on the same customers and the same periods.

WHAT IT COSTS

Vinsight is $40 a month.

There is no base fee and no bundle to buy into. You pay for the systems you connect, the people who use them, and each Pulse at what it costs to run, so the bill is a list you can read.

A WORKED EXAMPLE

Xero and Vinsight connected, with one admin and two people asking EVA questions:

Xero$20
Vinsight$40
Admin$30
Members with EVA x 2$30
$120a month, all in

Medium integration rate, in AUD. That is the whole bill for this stack. Add a Pulse and it adds its own run cost on top.

Vinsight, answered.

Does VibeCFO integrate with Vinsight?

Yes. Vinsight connects to VibeCFO and its data lands in your own database, where it can be reported on, trended and joined to your other systems.

What can I do with Vinsight data in VibeCFO?

Ask questions of it in plain English, build reports that combine it with your accounting ledger and other operational systems, and put a Pulse on any figure so you are told when it moves.

Can I join Vinsight to my accounting system?

Yes, and that is usually the reason people connect it. Two systems in one warehouse answer questions neither could answer alone - your ledger says what happened, the operational system says why.

Where does my Vinsight data go?

Into a database in your own region that belongs to you, not a shared tenancy. It is never used to train any model, ours or anyone else's, and it is removed entirely if you leave.

Connect Vinsight and something else.

Your ledger and one operational system already answer questions neither could answer alone.
