Xero is the floor this is built on. It holds the wages, the on-costs, the consumables and the invoices out. Tidy Work holds the sites, the rosters, the jobs and the stock that went out on the van. Read together they answer which contracts still wash their face after labour, and which fixed-price sites are quietly absorbing hours. Neither one answers that on its own.

Ask questions of it in plain English, build reports that combine it with your accounting ledger and other operational systems, and put a Pulse on any figure so you are told when it moves.

Where does my Tidy Work data go?
Into a database in your own region that belongs to you, not a shared tenancy. It is never used to train any model, ours or anyone else's, and it is removed entirely if you leave.
