Xero is the floor this is built on. It holds the supplier bills, the progress claims and the cash that actually moved. Buildxact holds the estimate, the takeoff, the purchase orders and the schedule. Read together they answer where a live build is against the number you quoted, and which variations were done on site and never charged. Neither one answers that on its own.

Buildxact is on the roadmap rather than shipping today. Tell us you need it and you will get a straight answer about where it sits in the queue - and in the meantime some systems can be reached live over an Action MCP.
What can I do with Buildxact data in VibeCFO?
Ask questions of it in plain English, build reports that combine it with your accounting ledger and other operational systems, and put a Pulse on any figure so you are told when it moves.
Can I join Buildxact to my accounting system?
Yes, and that is usually the reason people connect it. Two systems in one warehouse answer questions neither could answer alone - your ledger says what happened, the operational system says why.
Where does my Buildxact data go?
Into a database in your own region that belongs to you, not a shared tenancy. It is never used to train any model, ours or anyone else's, and it is removed entirely if you leave.
